Laniece Mayfield is a long term resident of the 60 mile stretch of coastal beach outlining the Atlantic Ocean affectionately known as, "The Grand Strand." She resides in the Myrtle Beach area with her husband Patrick and two children. She became a fulltime Real Estate Agent in 2015. Today, she is an Associate Broker with Realty One Group Dockside where she is a Team Leader for, the Mayfield Group.
Laniece enjoys assisting her clients with buying and selling homes in the Myrtle Beach, SC area. She is actively involved with the community and her local association of Realtors. Laniece currently serves on the Young Professionals Network and Community Outreach committee boards at the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors. She will graduate from the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors Leadership Program in October 2021. This program is a huge honor and is designed to effectively identify and groom leadership qualities of community leaders in the area. She serves as a Human Rights Commissioner for the City of Myrtle Beach.
